The water feature and light show should keep
the drunks occupied while they wait for the
buses leaving the down town core(or taxis).
Wonder if it is going to get soaped like the
other fountain in the square gets every year.

Seriously,i think if they can get some co-operation from mother nature,they should have it operational for March break.
More activities for the kids out doors the better.
